The Orly room is named after Orly International Airport, Paris. The Orly room, slightly smaller than the Kansai and La Guardia rooms, is fitted with a large 10 ft drop down screen and electronic curtains. The morning sun fills this room at the beginning of your conference. Dimensions: 7.5M x 10.5M Capacity: Theatre Style – 50 delegates, U Shape – 22 delegates, Cabaret – 35 delegates. Kansai Room

Kansai Room

The Kansai Room named after the Kansai International Airport in Osaka City , Japan is located at the eastern end of the complex. The room, with floor to ceiling windows, fills with natural light and is fitted with electronically controlled curtains and a 10 ft drop down screen at the front of the room. The room is accessed through the Tegal or La Guardia room, where your guests can stop for a coffee before the start of their conference Room Dimensions: 10.5M x 10.5M Capacity: Theatre Style - 80 delegates, U Shape – 34 delegates, Cabaret - 42 delegates

La Guardia Room

La Guardia Room

The La Guardia room is named after the La Guardia Airport in New York City. The La Guardia room is one of the larger rooms located at the western end of the complex and is fitted with floor to ceiling windows and electronic curtains. The La Guardia Room features a full view of the neighbouring park. Delegates conferencing in this room, can register for their conference in our foyer area before proceeding to the La Guardia room Dimensions: 10.5m x 10.5m Capacity: Theatre Style – 80 delegates, U Shape – 32 delegates, Cabaret – 42 delegates

The Heathrow room is of course named after one of the busiest airports in the world the Heathrow airport in London. This room is the perfect location for your small board meeting or interview location. It also has the same parkland views as the other boardrooms, but without the partitioned panelling offering a completely private environment. With new leather reclining business chairs & a large timber table, Heathrow room is the perfect location for your executive meeting. Dimensions: 6m x 4m Capacity: 12 Boardroom Style

The Mascot room is named after the Sydney International Airport that was originally known as the Mascot Airport named for its location. The boardrooms are conveniently located on the ground level of the convention centre each with their own private bathrooms. the moveable walls enable our boardrooms to be opened to accommodate larger groups. The Waittey room is named after the Wat Tay or Wattay airport in Vientiane in Laos. This boardroom is the second room from the convention centre conveniently located just at the foot of the stairs and providing wonderful views of the parklands below.The movable walls make enable the Waiitey room to join the Mascot room for more space. This room is ideal for a private dinner for up to 20.Dimensions: 6m x 7mCapacity: 32 Theatre Style, 12 U Shape, 21 Cabaret Style

The Kimpo room is named after the international airport located 17 kilometres from Seoul city. This airport was renamed the Gimpo International airport about 12 years ago. This board room is located at the far western end of our group of board rooms, it has wonderful views over the park and as with 3 of our boardrooms it has its own bathroom The Kimpo room can easily be joined with Mascot Room by opening the wall between the two rooms.
